Authenticator: Enable phone sign-in

When you have finished setting up the Authenticator app, we recommend that you enable phone sign-in. It is also known as passwordless authentication. This means that you do not have to write your password when you log on to most of the systems at the Royal Danish Academy.

Phone sign-in has the following requirements:

• You must activate facial recognition or fingerprint on your phone.
• You must accept that your phone will be registered with the Royal Danish Academy. This is done to ensure that your phone is trusted in a secure manner.

How to

Open the Authenticator app on your phone.

Tap on your account.

Tap on Enable phone sign-in.

Tap on Continue.

Enter your password and tap on Sign in.

Please notice the number.

Enter the number and tap on Yes.

Register your phone with the Royal Danish Academy.

NOTICE: If your phone is provided by the Royal Danish Academy, it is already registered.

Now this function has been enabled.

You can control the setting by tapping your account:

If you see the text Passwordless sign-in enabled, everything is fine.
